LENGTHCOURSE DESCRIPTION

PILATES

Schedule
60 min.Powerful core strength training using slower, controlled exercises and breathing. A fun full-body workout using the stability ball, resistance bands, and medicine balls.

FAST-ABS

Schedule
30 min.A diverse combination of exercises focusing on the core. Stability balls, weighted ab balls, and just plain old traditional ab exercises on the mat are sure to burn and strengthen your whole abdominal area!

SPIN ‘N ABS

Schedule
60 min.A combination of 45 mins of spinning and then 15 mins of abs.

20/20/20

Schedule
60 min.A routine consisting of 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of weights, and 20 minutes of abs that is sure to get your heart rate up!

YOGA**

Schedule
60 min.This class focuses on a strong foundation of postures through breathing and relaxation techniques. This results in balancing the body and mind.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA GOLD

60 min.Zumba Gold is a lower intensity Zumba class for beginners and older active adults.

CORE/CUTS/CARDIO

SPINNING

60 min.This awesome aerobic workout uses stationary bikes that will make your heart pump and tone your legs!

KICKBOXING

60 min.High energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches utilizing punching bags, focus mitts, and cardio conditioning exercises. A perfect combination of martial arts, boxing, and maximum calorie burn!

BOOT CAMP

60 min.A high intesity workout integrating body weight resistance and core training. If you are looking for a lean, fit, sculpted body… this is the class for you!

HALF ‘N HALF

Schedule
60 min.Early birds, this class will jump-start your day. Beginning with a half hour of spinning followed by a half hour of weights and abs, this class is sure to get your day started on the right foot!

STRICTLY STRENGTH

Schedule
60 min.Multi level class sure to build muscular strength and endurance. We will use a variety of equipment to fatigue each major muscle group.

YOGALATES

60 min.Blend the best of heart opening yoga poses and stretching with the highly effective core strengthening exercises of pilates. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your abs and legs.

BODY POWER

Schedule
60 min.Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups. With squats, presses, lifts, curls all while listening to great music. Choose your own weight and experience the benefits of increased bone density and burn up to 600 calories per class. Get the results you want fast.

BODY POWER EXP
