ROBIN GALERobin has been involved in the fitness field for over 13 years and has worked as a Certified Trainer at Doylestown Fitness for the past year. Her style of personal training involves challenging every client in ways that are specific to their needs and goals. The most important part of Robin’s workouts is pushing people to be their absolute best while having fun. Robin believes nutrition as well as weight lifting is vital to success. In her own words “Lift Often. Move More. Eat Well.” She believes this is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
Robin lives in Upper Bucks County with her husband, Steve and their dog, Benny. Her two adult children enjoy being active as well. Robin’s interests include a passion for long distance running, golfing and a love for the outdoors. She has completed multiple marathons and loves the challenge involved both in training for and completing the event. Robin discovered as she got older that weight lifting was key to her continued success in staying healthy. She loves working with people and helping them achieve their personal goals.
